The Manager Financial Services is a member of the Corporate Services management team and provides leadership, oversight, coordination, and direction to ensure that financial services are provided to senior management, employees, and stakeholders in a timely, accurate, effective, and efficient manner. The Manager reports to the Executive Director to develop short- and long-term strategies for the department. They ensure effective financial planning and expenditure controls are in place, are accountable for fiscal responsibility, efficiency, and restraint, while maintaining integrity and effectiveness in all aspects of administration and a high level of customer service.

Reporting to the Manager Financial Services are 2 supervisors who provide direction to a team of twenty including individuals working in the areas Financial Analysis, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounting Analysis, Payroll and Benefits, Buying/Procurement, and Taxation.
