Snubco is expanding its international footprint and adding to the existing team with a new role focused on future opportunities. The VP International Sales and Marketing (located in Calgary AB) reports to the CEO and works closely with the Executive Team including the CEO, CFO, and VP Operation, to grow and add value for the organization and its shareholders.
From a sales perspective, this VP has overall accountability for leading international business development. This includes new country entry, acquisitions, overseeing international agent relationships, developing joint ventures, compiling bid/RFP submissions and maintaining excellent longstanding relationships with existing and potential customers. He/she will also support and promote Snubco’s culture of safety and innovation.
From a marketing perspective, this VP will work at both the strategic and operational levels and is responsible to develop and execute the corporate marketing plan. They will ensure a strong focus on achieving the company’s objectives while identifying ways of building on the Snubco domestic and international brand and successes for the longer-term strategy. Included are all customer facing materials and solutions including advertising, printed brochures, proposals, website and social media, internal and external communications, as well as customer relations, events and promotions.
As a strategic thinker, the VP International will take a lead role to evaluate and develop the company’s current international sales and marketing strategy, processes, systems, policies and procedures and make recommendations to the CEO and Executive Team for improvement.
Possessing an international operations and/or sales and marketing background, the VP will need to demonstrate strong sales acumen and customer relationship management.
