In conjunction with the Board, the CEO is responsible for the development of the Society’s strategy and for the formulation of associated operational plans and timelines. The CEO is accountable to the Board for the operations of the Society, and for providing leadership in all aspects of planning, operation, and evaluation of services and programs. The CEO acts within policies established by the Board; the constitution and bylaws of the Society; relevant legislation including the BC Community Care and Assisted Living Act, and the Societies Act; and applicable directions of Fraser Health and the BC Ministry of Health.
