The Director is an integral member of the Centre of Sustainable Innovation within the Strategic Development division. Reporting to the Vice President, Innovation and Strategic Development, the Director is responsible for directing and leading sales, developing, and implementing training and mobilization programs for corporate learners and industry.

Within the Centre of Sustainable Innovation’s Strategic Development division, the Director collaborates with all college divisions and industry partners to create corporate training solutions to support the region. Programs will cover high-profile topics such as industry and safety, IT, trades, and business. In addition to micro-credential programs, seminars, hands-on workshops, and intensive just-in-time training, that will be delivered across a variety of platforms.

The Director will emphasize common sense and evidence-based business practices in addition to strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.  The position will be based out of the Administration Office in Weyburn, or via hybrid work agreement in the Regina area. Frequent travel will be required to meet with stakeholders and maintain regular visits throughout the region.
