The inaugural Director of Human Resources (HR) at Spirit North will play a foundational role in shaping and strengthening the organization’s HR infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will provide strategic and culturally sensitive leadership to support employees across Canada. This hybrid position requires a highly skilled HR professional who will balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution, ensuring HR policies are aligned with Spirit North’s mission of youth empowerment. The Director of HR will oversee all day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on community engagement, workforce management, and talent development in the charitable sector. Working with the senior leadership team, you will be a key part in the future of Spirit North while fostering a productive and culturally respectful work environment.
