TC Energy – Director, Indigenous Relations

ID# 21-1477     Location: Calgary, AB preferred, but not required.

Reporting to the Vice President of Canada Stakeholder Relations, the Director, Indigenous Relations is responsible and accountable for providing leadership and setting strategy to grow and sustain support, and build sustainable relationships, partnerships, and agreements with Indigenous communities for TC Energy. Seeking out and maximizing opportunities that come from the shared interests, the Director, Indigenous Relations will lead the development and implementation of a governance structure for the Indigenous Relations Program to ensure all internal TC Energy business units (BUs) and external stakeholders and Rights Holders are engaged, informed, and confident in the path toward building, operating and maintaining TC assets in Canada, the United States and Mexico. This position will also support broader Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives by understanding impending standards and assisting TC Energy in demonstrating their commitment in this area.
