The Executive Director (“ED”) provides leadership and effective management of the organization and its mandate to serve and support member agencies, and work to build the capacity and sustainability of the community social service sector. The ED has overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of FCSSBC. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, and in accordance with the organization’s by-laws, policies, procedures and mandate, the ED manages, guides, advises and supports all other staff members in the execution of their job tasks.
