The Foundation of St. Joseph Seminary & Newman Theological College is currently seeking their new Executive Director to lead and implement the Foundation’s strategic plan that builds, advances, and reimagines donor and fund development. This modernized strategic direction shall assist to secure the Foundation’s endowment and the future.

The Executive Director advances the mission of the Church and cultivates trusting, sustainable relationships that promote and contribute to fund development endeavours. As Executive Director of the Foundation for St Joseph Seminary and Newman Theological College, the individual develops and executes the board-approved strategic plan to secure the Foundation’s endowment and the future. This visionary leader builds and develops a motivated, hands-on operational team that supports the Foundation’s strategic plan and fund development goals. The Executive Director creates, implements, and evaluates robust, effective donor relations strategies to achieve fund development targets. This includes identifying current and new donation streams, securing donations, and ensuring meaningful donor recognition. The Executive Director ensures fund development initiatives are mission-inspired, relationship-oriented, wisely stewarded, and focused on priorities, audiences, and targets. The incumbent will also work collaboratively and cohesively with staff in the Catholic Archdiocese of Edmonton.
