As a member of the executive team and reporting to the President and CEO, the Vice President, Employee Experience (“VP of EE”) provides leadership  in  all areas of Employee Experience (“EE”) which include but are not limited to; talent management (recruitment/retention), compensation, benefits & pension, performance management, and employee/labour relations. The mandate of the VP of EE is to support GSS in leading employee focused change management initiatives, and designing and delivering operational solutions that deliver results, while continuing to foster a positive workplace culture through recognition of the importance of all employees throughout the organization.
