Reporting to the CIO and working closely with UFV’s IT management team and leaders across the Institution, the Director, Client Experience (“Director”) will drive the transformation of UFV’s technology front-end, including both systems and IT service management. The Director will oversee all client-facing functions of IT services including business applications, desktop support, computer labs, learning management systems, as well as associated analytics and reporting—all with an eye to creating the best possible technology experience. They will be strategically minded, bringing forward-looking ideas to the table that enhance UFV’s broader technology and academic plans. The Director will stay at the forefront of technology and service developments to ensure the transformation of UFV’s client facing environments deliver a modern technology experience and maximum value for all stakeholders.
