Reporting to the CFO and Comptroller, the Director, Pension Office (“Director”) provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in the delivery of pension administrative services and manages a team of clerical and professional staff for the administration processes and plan member services. The Pension Office includes the Investing and Accounting Unit (three FT), the Pension Administration Unit (four FT and one PT student), a Pension Specialist, and Confidential Secretary.

The Director serves as a resource to the Pension Committees, subcommittees, and senior management by providing expertise and communicating the impacts of decisions / legislation changes on operational processes. The Director is responsible for drafting recommendations to the Board of Governors, legislative bodies, and other stakeholders. They work closely with the Chairs of the Pension Committees and subcommittees, drafting minutes, communicating agendas, and facilitating the functioning of the committees.
