The Associate Vice-President, Human Resources (“AVP, HR”) reports to the VP, Administration. Reporting to the AVP, HR are the Director, Advisory Services and Labour Relations, the Director, Total Compensation and Systems, and the Operations Manager, HR. The AVP, HR has oversight for all facets of HR, including labour relations, compensation, training and development, recruitment and retention, performance management, HR systems and reporting, employee wellbeing, and employee records and benefits.
