Reporting to the Associate VP, HR, the Director, Advisory Services and Labour Relations (“Director”) is responsible for providing leadership and direction in planning, developing and managing human resources and labour relations activities offered by the Advisory Services Team, including managing a team that consists of:
• Manager, Recruitment and Selection
• Senior HR/LR Advisors (3)
• Disability Management Advisor
• Labour Relations Assistant
