The Executive Director (“ED”) is responsible for the leadership of VCAPCC, its financial strength, viability and responsiveness to community and client needs.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED manages and directs the overall operation of the Society by supervising the day to day activities of the staff, recruiting, hiring, and training; identifying learning needs and implementing training and development of programs; conducting performance appraisals and initiating discipline as necessary; monitoring all agency activities to ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards; researches, develops and writes proposals requesting funding; develops, monitors, and controls annual operating budget; compiles and completes a variety of financial and statistical reports detailing agency performance.
