The VP, Canada Operations is the most senior position based in Canada. Reporting to the SVP of WWL Vehicle Services (Americas), the position operates within a matrix structure and has full responsibility for all aspects of the business of WWL Vehicle Services Canada. The VP’s responsibilities include ensuring a Safety 1st culture, upholding the profitability and values of the organization by proactively leading business operations to meet current and future needs of the organization and our customer requirements. The position also manages the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities, working with senior leadership to determine corporate and regional business goals, leading a team of department managers including Operations, Quality, Finance, HR, Customer Care, and IT within a unionized production environment. The role also oversees managing and supporting commercial relationships and business development between the organization, sales and existing customers and potential new accounts. The position takes a lead role in coordinating and dealing with governmental and legal affairs and institutions as required.
