Whitewater is a growing enterprise with a diverse client base across a variety of active sectors. The Area Director, Fort McMurray is a newly created position and will play a significant role in the growth and evolution of the organization in that area.

Reporting to the Vice President, Municipal, Mining, and Industrial Services, the Area Director, Fort McMurray will be a proven business development and operations professional with an understanding of water and fluid management services (or similar services), strong relationships in the Fort McMurray business community, and a demonstrated ability to grow market share and expand current client relationships.

This is a leadership role and while the Area Director will be the first person in the Fort McMurray office, as the operations grow, they will recruit, motivate and retain a high performing team while setting high operational standards and driving continuous improvement.
