Millennium EMS Solutions Ltd. (MEMS) is seeking a VP, Finance to lead financial strategy, reporting, and governance for a growing environmental consulting firm. Founded in 1998, MEMS delivers science-based solutions in environmental assessment, reclamation, and regulatory consulting to clients across oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, industrial, and government sectors. This is a hands-on leadership role for a CPA with deep ASPE expertise, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and M&A activity while mentoring the finance team and partnering closely with executive leadership.
