HISTORY
Our Story
Leaders International combines the Leaders International combines the extensive experience of Davies Park Executive Search (founded in 1989), Higgins Executive Search (founded in 1999), and Leaders & Co. (founded in 2008). In 2018, these three firms came together under the Leaders International brand to deliver an executive search that redefines industry standards.
This merger brought together decades of expertise, creating a firm with unmatched capabilities and a nationwide presence.
