The Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) Operations & Technology Manager (FIU Manager) is responsible for leading the operational, technological, and data capabilities that support the FIU’s mandate to identify, investigate, assess, and report potential financial crime and suspicious activity. Reporting to the Deputy Chief AML Officer, the FIU Manager ensures the FIU has effective processes, systems, data, reporting, and controls to support timely and high-quality intelligence production while meeting regulatory and enterprise requirements. The FIU Manager will lead operational transformation initiatives, oversee FIU technology and workflow solutions, drive data quality and automation, and partner closely with AML Compliance, Information Technology, and business stakeholders.
