Richard Bélanger, B.Admin.
Richard Bélanger is a seasoned business advisor with extensive management experience and over 20 years of experience in executive recruitment.
Before joining Leaders International, he founded RBA (Richard Bélanger & Associates) in 1999 in Toronto and opened an office in Montreal in 2001. He also led another executive search firm based in Toronto. He carried out more than 350 mandates, both for SMEs and multinational corporations, particularly in the areas of sales, marketing, communications, investments, public relations and government affairs.
Previously, he was President of a subsidiary of an important retailer and distributor generating $100 million in revenues with over 800 employees. He also held important roles as a member of the management team of this Canadian leader in consumer products. Throughout his career, he has been involved in all aspects of sales, marketing, promotion and public relations.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with majors in Marketing and Management.
Philippe Burton, M.I.R.
Philippe Burton is an Executive in Human Resources with over 25 years of experience in industry sectors such as aerospace, energy & renewable energy sources and loyalty programs. He worked for world-renowned companies such as Pratt & Whitney, Bombardier, GE and Aimia.
Before joining Leaders International, Mr. Burton was Vice-President, Human Resources for a large firm with global operations where he successfully led a talented team and implemented innovative strategies. His experience working for medium and large corporations have allowed him to develop and exercise an influential leadership and implement a strategic and operational vision of human resources related to issues and business objectives of organizations in which he was involved.
Throughout his career he has developed extensive knowledge of several professional fields such as Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT services, to name a few, as well as an expertise in governance, for having been involved in Human Resources committees of several Boards.Known for his pragmatic approach, his ability to listen, to engage team members and coaching skills, Mr. Burton now aims to leverage his expertise to a more global network.
Mr. Burton holds a Master of Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal and a Master Certificate in Operations Management from York University in Toronto. He currently serves on the Board of the Héma-Québec Foundation and is Vice-President on the Board of Formetal. He has served on the Board of the Association for Quebec Blinds and CAMAQ (Sectoral Committee of Labor in Aerospace in Quebec).
Brock Higgins, B.Com.
Mr. Brock Higgins has focused on executive recruitment throughout his career with a successful track record for executive level placements across every region in Canada. He possesses more than twelve years’ experience in executive search including extensive experience managing high-profile and highly sensitive search initiatives.
Mr. Higgins has led numerous senior executive search assignments for Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Presidents, Executive Directors, Academic Faculty, and Executives as well as Boards of Directors for start-ups and medium to large sized organizations in both the public and private sectors. He brings strong knowledge of business strategies, governance, and innovative executive recruitment practices.
Mr. Higgins holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Human Resources from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business. He is a member of the National Advisory Committee for the Purdy Crawford Chair in Aboriginal Business at Cape Breton University. Tony Kirschner, B.A., M.A., Ph.D
Tony brings a comprehensive range of business, management, human resource and consulting experience to the firm’s Vancouver office. Tony first became active in executive search in 1988, when he was hired by a major U.S. recruitment firm out of Chicago. He lived and worked in the U.S. where he also completed his Ph.D. before returning to Canada in 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Tony held senior HR management positions with several B.C. health authorities, as well as with a North American environmental assessment company. He is an active member of the B.C. Human Resource Management Association and the Human Capital Institute. Tony was raised in Vancouver but received his university education in the U.S. where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at DePaul University and a Master’s and Ph.D. in Communication at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Tony spent time as a Professor in Maryland before returning to Vancouver and executive search. Tony enjoys the active west-coast lifestyle, spending his free time skiing, hiking, running and cycling with his family and three sons. He has participated in the cycling fundraiser Ride to Conquer Cancer five times and is dedicated to raising funds for cancer research. Tony serves on the Board of Directors for Family Services of Greater Vancouver and for Family Services of Greater Vancouver Foundation.
Ardyce Kouri, B.A., M.A.
A partner in the Edmonton office and a key member of the team since 2004, Ardyce is known for her outstanding commitment to clients. She has brought her comprehensive HR knowledge and business experience to search assignments in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Ardyce worked in both Toronto and Prague as the National President for AIESEC Canada, and in recruitment for the ING Group’s Czech Republic office. Brenda Larose, CHRP, ICD.D
Brenda LaRose is a Métis citizen and brings twenty-five years of experience leading executive search engagements across a broad range of industries and sectors throughout most regions in Canada as well as internationally.
With a strong knowledge of governance and business, Ms. LaRose brings expertise in working closely with boards and executive teams to assess and identify strategies that will attract and retain the right leaders. Ms. LaRose speaks regularly at national associations and conferences on topics related to best practices in executive and board search engagements.
Ms. LaRose currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Seven Oaks Hospital, The Wellness Institute, and The Seven Oaks Foundation (she has served on the governance committee for six years). Greg Longster, B.Com., M.B.A.
Greg’s Professional experience dedication and passion for executive search has helped him build a reputation for delivering excellence since opening the firm’s Vancouver office in 2007.
Greg brings a comprehensive range of skills and knowledge to his role as Partner of our Vancouver office with an extensive background in strategic sales management, communications, and business development. Prior to joining the firm, Greg spent 15 years in senior and executive management positions in the financial services industry, giving him firsthand experience in human resource management plus a unique understanding of organizations’ HR needs.
Greg obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Marketing and Finance from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Royal Roads University with a focus on Executive Management. He is a former Chair of the Marketing Association for Credit Unions and a member of the BC Human Resource Management Association. He sits on the Board of the University of Saskatchewan Alumni Association and is an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) Vancouver Chapter.
Allan Nelson, B.Com., CMA, FCMA
Allan is currently one of two Managing Partners of Leaders International. He joined Davies Park and founded the Calgary office in 1997 and subsequently worked closely with his Partners to expand the business from two offices in Edmonton and Calgary into Vancouver, Toronto and Saskatoon. Through 2017-18 he played a key role in the merger of Davies Park with Leaders International further expanding the national presence to include Montreal, Ottawa and Winnipeg. Allan is also a founding member of the Private Equity practice group for Penrhyn International, our leading global network of executive search firms.
For over two decades Allan has loved the business of executive search. Nationally recognized for his strong business acumen and leadership competence, he has developed excellent relationships and a substantial network with Boards and key executive leaders in a number of industries and sectors across the country. His vast experience not only includes Board recruitment but also working with local and international clients to source and attract exceptional leadership talent to their organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Allan held senior positions in leadership, operations and sales management with a variety of Canadian corporations. As a Partner at Leaders International, Mr. Poirier brings his entrepreneurial expertise, multifaceted profile and talent for communication to help national and international business leaders to achieve their business strategies. He is also Global Practice Leader for the Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) group for our global network, Penrhyn International, Mr. Yanouk Poirier has over 20 years of professional experience in different sectors of economic activity, such as professional services, finance, media and information technology. He has successfully led numerous assignments of top level executives and board members, for major companies and renowned firms.
Mr. Poirier is actively involved; he sits on the Board of Directors of the Ballet Jazz of Montreal, Club St. James and the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. He is also a mentor for Enablis, an organization providing assistance to entrepreneurs in developing countries.
Mr. Poirier holds a MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a major in International Relations from the Université du Québec à Montréal, as well as a degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from HEC Montréal.
Anurag Shourie, M.Sc., C.H.R.P., CMC
As a highly experienced executive search consultant, Anurag is an integral part of the Leaders International leadership team. A strategic thinker, he has been keenly involved in the firm’s growth since 1997 and has recruited entire executive teams for multiple client organizations. He has also worked closely with numerous boards of directors from government, industry, and the not-for-profit sector to identify and recruit key board members. In 1994, Anurag entered the field of human resources and management consulting, and his experience includes executive recruiting, career counseling, and coaching. He is highly knowledgeable in contract development and alternate compensation strategies and has consulted in change management. Anurag obtained his master’s degree from the University of Alberta plus formal training in recruitment and hiring from Simon Fraser University. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources. He currently sits on the Board of Covenant Health Foundation. He is also a member of a National CEO Forum Group.
Laurie Sterritt is a values-based leader with over 25 years’ experience in the fields of Indigenous, government and community relations; business planning & strategy; organizational & leadership development; and, executive search. She has managed teams, both large and small, and brings positive energy and empathy to all her work.
In 2018, Laurie formed a non-profit association to launch the first-of-its-kind Indigenous Women’s Leadership Summit (IWLS). The mandate of IWLS is to inspire and uplift Indigenous women throughout their personal and professional journeys. Prior to that, Laurie developed and implemented the Indigenous Employment and Business Development strategy for BC Hydro and led the start-up and growth of the Aboriginal Mentoring and Training Association (AMTA) and its subsidiary social enterprise, First Resources Impact Ventures (FRIV). AMTA provided life-changing education, training and mentorship programs to more than 2700 Indigenous candidates and successfully transitioned more than 1050 trainees into full-time employment in the mining, energy, forestry and industrial construction industries. FRIV was dedicated to assisting First Nation communities to build their own sustainable businesses within the natural resources sectors.
Active in her community, Laurie is a Director for the (new) Canadian Centre for Arts and Technology (CANCAT) and a Council Member on the Real Estate Council of BC. She was previously a Director for the Industry Training Authority and Governor and 1st Vice-Chair of the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
A member of the Kispiox Band of the Gitxsan Nation, Laurie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and a Certificate in Professional Fund Raising from the University of Indiana. Laurie has been recognized for her commitment to creating respectful and inclusive workplaces and, most notably, was a nominee for the 2013 YWCA Women of Distinction Awards.
Shalini Bhatty is a Senior Consultant in our Calgary office and has held a variety of positions with Davies Park since 2005 including Search Associate and Director of Research. She began her executive search career in Toronto over 15 years ago and has partnered with clients across Canada to execute search assignments in the energy, technology, public and not-for-profit sectors. She has also led the in-house talent acquisition function for an international oil and gas company during a time of significant growth. Shalini’s strengths are managing client and candidate relationships and applying creative thinking to source and select the best candidates.
Shalini holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a designated HR professional (CPHR). She has lived and worked all over the world, growing up in India, the Middle East and the United States before moving to Canada and settling in Calgary with her family.
Sonny Kapoor, B.Sc.
Sonny joined Davies Park in 2011 and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating the candidacy of senior level executives both nationally and internationally for our clients. An experienced recruitment professional, his goal is to ensure clients are presented with the best talent, no matter the industry. Sonny entered executive search in 2007 and offers a diverse perspective given his international and North American recruitment experience in a variety of businesses and industries including accounting, finance, engineering, sales and the hospitality industry. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at Widener University in the United States. Sonny enjoys playing cricket, squash, traveling and spending time with his family.
Leo brings 12 years of global recruitment experience to Davies Park Vancouver with the last 4 years covering technology and heavy engineering sectors across North America. Having worked in all corners of the globe, Leo has gained a wide range of cultural and professional experience which gives him a unique global perspective of finding and attracting key talent to Canada.

Andrew Philip, B.A.
Raised in Vancouver, Andrew brings a diverse mix of business and search industry passion and experience to the Davies Park office in Vancouver. An Economics graduate from the University of Western Ontario, Andrew has also added the Canadian Securities course and the UBC Sauder School Real Estate Trading course to his educational training. After university, Andrew landed an entry level sales role with E&J Gallo, the world’s largest winery, and began a 16-year career in the Beverage Alcohol sector. Using Gallo’s world-renown sales and merchandising training to his advantage, he joined Cascadia Brands, the manufacturers of Granville Island Brewing, Calona Wines, and Potter’s Distillers, rising up their ranks to become a National Marketing Manager before being headhunted by Corby Distillers to direct their BC market activities. Andrew was lured into the recruitment industry in 2007, gaining experience in both the contingency and retained search categories, working on a diverse mix of roles with a wide range of companies across many industry sectors. Andrew enjoys WW2 history and an active sports lifestyle, playing for and managing senior men’s hockey and baseball teams while serving as baseball league Treasurer and executive member while teaching his two daughters the joys of skiing, tennis, and golf.

Laura joined the Calgary office in 1997 as Director of Research. Now a Senior Consultant, she brings tenacity, commitment, and creativity to all aspects of the search process. A Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Laura has experience working across a variety of professional disciplines, industries, and sectors and enjoys the challenge of finding candidates with the specialized talent her clients require. Laura completed a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from the University of Alberta. She was born in Edmonton and has lived in Calgary for many years. She has two wonderful daughters, an adorable rescue Chihuahua, enjoys reading, walking, skiing and loves spending time with her family and friends sharing good conversation, food, and wine.
Samantha is a dynamic business professional with over seven years of experience in sales and client relationship management, and whose financial services background brings a wealth of experience and skills to the Davies Park team. As a Consultant, Samantha is responsible for identifying the recruitment needs of the client, prospecting and sourcing potential candidates, performing industry-specific research and building strong client and candidate relationships. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, with a major in Finance and Strategic Management & Organization. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course, positioning herself as a subject-matter expert in the Canadian investment marketplace. Samantha is passionate about fitness and community involvement, dedicating her off-work time to Meals On Wheels and various other volunteer organizations. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and sharing good conversation over local cuisine and wine.
Annie De Grace is a Consultant at the Montreal office of Leaders International. Her entrepreneurial sense together with her strong analytical skills allow her to understand clients’ issues and to provide practical solutions.
Before joining Leaders International, Ms. De Grace has held various positions in project management related to business start-ups in varied industries sectors. Professional and dynamic, she stands out for her interpersonal skills, her thoroughness, and her ability to build excellent relationships with candidates, allowing her to discover and to attract the best talent.
Ms. De Grace holds a BA in Communications from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, and a DESS in Applied Communication from the Université de Sherbrooke. She is fluent in both French and English.
Mr. Michael Eagar is an executive search professional with experience across Canada. He has completed executive search assignments at the Director, Executive Director, Vice President, and C-suite levels spanning across multiple industries including retail, engineering, academia, and non-profit.
While attending the University of Ottawa, he worked in various industries including retail and insurance. Mr. Eagar’s experience working in the inspection and engineering departments provided him with a strong basis for research, analysis, project management, information technology, and customer service. He also enjoyed many leadership roles while in school including sitting on the organizing committee for the Great Northern Concrete Toboggan Race and the Chemical Engineering Student Society. Mr. Eagar’s academic career continues as he progresses towards becoming a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
Nelly Kaing is a Consultant working with the team of the Montreal office. She stands out by her keen intellectual curiosity and analytical capabilities, contributing to developing effective research strategies. She demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of different industries.
Prior to joining Leaders International, Ms. Kaing has acquired professional experience in analysis and research roles in the professional and financial services field.
Ms. Kaing is fluent in French, English, and Cambodian and holds a Masters in Financial Economics from HEC Montreal and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Université du Québec à Montréal.
Nicholas Lay, B.A., M.Sc.
Nick joined Davies Park in 2015 and brings a far-reaching international consultancy background to the Vancouver office. Born and raised in the UK, he completed his B.A. at the University of Manchester and M.Sc. at the London School of Economics. While based in London, he spent two years as a professional Soccer Analyst, before immigrating to Canada and becoming entrenched in professional recruitment between North America and East Asia. Now a Consultant at Davies Park, his focus is dedicated end-to-end executive search ownership across a wide range of private and public sector organizations, and areas of expertise.
Ms. Nicole Perry is an executive search professional who has completed executive search assignments across Canada at the Director, Executive Director, Vice President, and Chief Executive Officer levels. Her experience spans multiple industries including retail, finance, and academia as well as working with clients in regulated sectors such as gaming and natural resources.
Prior to her career in executive search, Ms. Perry held various positions in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, including working as a management consultant assisting corporations and federal government departments in areas of project advisory, risk assessment and business performance. It was this foundation in client and stakeholder relations, analysis, and project management that lead Ms. Perry to a career in executive search.
Ms. Perry has earned her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree from the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management. She has studied overseas in both England and France, and is fluently bilingual in English and French.
Heather Fookes, B.A., M.L.I.S., CRA
Heather joined Davies Park in 2008 and is responsible for directing the research on all of Davies Park’s search assignments. Heather is an information management professional with more than15 years’ experience researching and executing on competitive intelligence, due diligence, business development, and executive recruiting projects. She is highly skilled at sourcing and communicating with prospective candidates, finding the best resources for generating relevant names, and creating a detailed list of targeted prospects. Heather has built a significant cross-Canada database of key contacts for our firm, which she continually updates. The database provides research for executive and senior professionals in such industries as energy, power, manufacturing, construction, engineering and post-secondary education. She has participated in many of Davies Park’s most complex searches, and enjoys the challenge that search provides. Heather is a credentialed Librarian with an Honors degree in History from the University of Calgary and a Master of Library and Information Studies from Dalhousie University. She recently led an initiative to qualify Davies Park’s search associates with the Certified Researcher Associate (CRA) designation from the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), and obtained the CRA qualification in early 2014. Heather has four children and she and her husband enjoy spending time with family. She loves nature, Thai food and Thailand and is an avid walker.
Julian joined Davies Park in the summer of 2015 after completing his BA in Industrial Relations at McGill University. As an integral part of our Vancouver team, Julian brings a polished and professional voice to the day-to-day interactions with our candidates and clients. He is responsible for ensuring key search assignments are executed according to timelines, and with the utmost efficiency and quality. He assigns the appropriate associate and search assistant to work on each search, and directs the overall search strategy. He is also the point of contact for clients regarding timelines, profile approvals, and meetings.
Julian is proficient in French and Spanish, and you can expect to have a conversation with him about soccer or travel when he is not focused on the task at hand.
Robin Noftall, BA, TESL
Robin is a Senior Search Associate with our Vancouver office and has experience with the organization since 2008, holding a variety of positions including Director of Research at our Edmonton office. She is responsible for the initial and middle phases of the executive search process, focusing on industry-specific research to identify and evaluate qualified executives and professionals to present to clients. Robin has a passion for search and recruitment, previously participating in international searches and placements. She exhibits a strong work ethic and a commitment to the executive search process, having executed a range of searches in a variety of sectors. Robin is thorough, energetic and detail-oriented, and has demonstrated success in generating a high number of quality candidates and interest in executive opportunities. Her strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid rapport with clients and candidates make her a perfect fit for Davies Park. Robin holds an Honors Bachelor’s degree from Lakehead University in Ontario and two certificates in teaching English as a Second Language, with a specialization in teaching business English. Before joining the world of executive search, Robin spent many years as a successful recruiter for a variety of organizations and was also a Head Teacher Trainer in Japan, where she lived for three years following university. Robin is a member of the Lakehead University Alumni Association and enjoys contributing to philanthropic initiatives. She enjoys competing and participating in athletics and strives to remain active in her community.
Kate Ralston B.A
As Project Manager for the Vancouver team, Kate is responsible for organizing and maintaining procedures that facilitate the smooth running of each search. She manages the administrative needs of the partners, consultants and associates throughout each stage of a project, and is the primary liaison for all client meeting and candidate interview coordination.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in History from the University of Ottawa, Kate moved to Vancouver and began working at Davies Park as the Office Administrator before working her way up to Project Manager. She enjoys the everyday challenges of problem-solvingin a fast-paced work environment and uses her strong organizational and communicative skills to help ensure the team’s success.
She is actively involved in the local arts community and spends much of her spare time developing her skills in the fine arts. She enjoys scuba diving, hiking, is a passionate advocate for animals and always looks for any opportunity to travel.
Sandra first entered the world of Executive Search in 2013 and has since gained experience conducting searches both in private industry and public-sector organizations. Sandra is involved in all aspects of the search process. She works collaboratively with the Partners and research teams to identify and evaluate qualified executives and professionals for various roles and with the goal of finding the best leadership and cultural fit for our clients. She brings positive enthusiasm to each assignment and gets her energy from interacting with the diverse professionals she speaks with daily.
Prior to venturing into executive search, Sandra enjoyed more than a decade of sales and customer service experience in the IT, automotive, and communications industries while living in Nova Scotia and Ontario.
Aleksandra Nowacka, M.L.I.S., M.A.
Aleksandra joined Davies Park in 2014 and is responsible for research on Davies Park’s search assignments. She is an information management professional with more than 20 years’ experience researching and executing on competitive intelligence, business development, and fundraising prospect researching projects. She is highly skilled at sourcing and communicating with prospective candidates, finding the best resources for generating relevant names, and creating a detailed list of targeted prospects. Aleksandra holds a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alberta and a Master of Arts in Languages from the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Torun, Poland.
She recently obtained both Project Leadership and Project Management Certificates. Aleksandra and her husband enjoy spending time with family, playing tennis, skiing and scuba diving in the warm waters of Andaman Sea. She loves poetry, classical music, jazz, and live theatre. In her spare time, Aleksandra walks the beautiful trails of Edmonton natural areas and translates poetical verses.
Ms. Joy Beshie is a Research Associate with Higgins Executive Search. Ms. Beshie was the recipient of the M.P. Mike Wallace Citizenship Award in Burlington, ON for services to the community and holds Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Ottawa. During her time at the University of Ottawa, Ms. Beshie was the Co-Founder and Editor in Chief of the engineering newspaper, The Iron Otis, and was also the Charities Commissioner for the Engineering Students’ Society where she helped fundraise for various organizations. She was also a member of the concrete canoe team where she aided with hull design at the university for three years. Her previous experience focuses on research, design, sales, and management. She also brings experience in graphic design and photography where her work was featured by various organizations and is used in-house to create custom designs for our clients.
Frédérick Hallé is a researcher at the Montréal office. He distinguishes himself through his entrepreneurial mindset, his curiosity and desire to learn. Mr. Hallé demonstrates knowledge of the international market primarily cultivated from his education and sports experiences abroad.
Before joining Leaders International, he acquired his experience in recruitment, business development, as well as analysis and organizational development.
M. Hallé speaks French and English fluently. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Melissa Tadmor is a Researcher at the Montreal office. She is organized, dedicated and ensures to always provide customers with the ideal solution that will meet their needs. She is warm, engaging and sincere while remaining professional.
Before joining Leaders International, Ms. Tadmor worked for a few years in the public sector. She has gained invaluable experience in understanding the objectives and challenges of both candidates and employers.
Perfectly bilingual (French and English), Ms. Tadmor holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University – John Molson School of Business.
Researcher at the Montreal’s office, Frédérick K. P. Ranger is known for his analytical nature and attention to detail. Having pursued a jurist formation, his previous professional experiences in human resources management in the telecommunications domain and at the municipal level give him a privileged expertise and an extended vision of the business world.
Being a true car enthusiast, he fulfilled a dream as he was invited to document the history of the Montreal International Auto Show, giving rise to a special presentation of the 75th edition of the MIAS. A holder of a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Montreal and recipient of Quebec’s Lieutenant Governor’s Medal, M. Ranger is fluently bilingual in French and English.
Emmanuelle Toussaint is a researcher at the Montreal office. As an Intrapreneur, she contributes daily to the growth of Leaders International in many ways. Her dedication and analytical capabilities allow her to find solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
Prior to joining Leaders International’s team, Ms. Toussaint gained her experience in human resources management in the information technology and business development sectors working closely with entrepreneurs.
Ms. Toussaint holds two degrees in International Management from the University of Sherbrooke and from the School of Business Management of Poitiers in France. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from l’Université de Montréal and l’École des Sciences du Travail from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium. She is fluent in both French and English.
After graduating from Western University with a Master of Arts in English Language & Literature and spending several years in Toronto working as a freelancer in editorial support, content development, and marketing, Evan moved to Vancouver and joined the Davies Park team in the winter of 2015. Responsible for day-to-day content creation and documentation prep, Evan provides back-end support to consultants and search associates in writing, editing, development of marketing materials, and facilitation of advertising. He is passionate about all forms of writing and thrives on applying his own experience and understanding of editorial methodologies to ensure his team is informed, connected, and well-supported to achieve their best.
In addition to his love of language, Evan actively pursues opportunities for further scholarly and educational development and has been involved in several teaching positions at private language academies in Vancouver. An avid biker and rock climbing enthusiast, he spends his spare time exploring the natural landscape of BC (when he is not frequenting bookstores, that is).
Since joining Davies Park in 2012, Cecilia’s role has evolved from administration to supporting Search Associates, Consultants and Partners with research, profiling, and reference checking. She also contributes to the administration needs of the entire office.
Cecilia is zealous, colourful and results-oriented professional who brings a diverse range of experience to the Davies Park team. Her background in hospitality and tourism, customer service and the performing arts offers a wealth of insight and expertise when searching for candidates who are dedicated and visionary in their industries. She has a deep passion for music which led her to complete a diploma in Music Performance, and a diploma in Music Composition at Grant MacEwan College (now MacEwan University) in Edmonton, AB. Her vivacious flair and charisma has been instrumental in landing roles as both an artist and volunteer at various Latin festivals in Calgary and Edmonton.
Diana Keto-Lambert, B.A., M.L.I.S.
Diana is responsible for leading industry-specific research and constructing and executing search strategies for assignments at Davies Park. Diana has worked as a professional researcher for over 10 years in many different industries: government, engineering, health, and business. She is highly skilled in knowledge management, data mining, and digital information retrieval. Diana has a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland at College Park. In her spare time, Diana enjoys spending time with her two sons, husband, cat and dog, volunteering on campaigns, and working with her hands (whether it’s cooking, baking, or using power tools).
Kathy joined Leaders (formerly Davies Park) in 1991 and has watched it grow from one office in Edmonton with three employees to four offices as across Canada with over 30 staff. Kathy enjoys working with a team of dedicated professionals.
As Office Manager for the Edmonton office of Leaders, she is responsible for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business operations. She enjoys the everyday challenges of being part of the Leaders team.
Tess Lepore-Maheux is a veteran Administrator with over 15 years’ experience managing in an office setting. She is seasoned in project administration and has a consistent track record of on-time, quality delivery. Her proficiency in the planning, implementation and execution of multiple projects allows her to effectively meet the needs of our clients.
Prior to joining us as a Client Services Manager, Ms. Lepore-Maheux held various senior level administrative positions in both the public and private sectors enabling her to develop strong organizational and administrative support skills. She is a results-driven professional with a client-centric focus who excels in supporting company operations.
Ms. Tess Lepore-Maheux holds a certificate in Associate Project Management from McMaster University and is fluently bilingual in both English and French.
Wanda joined our team in 2005 as Executive Assistant. She held this position until 2011 when she took on the duties of Accounts and Billings Administrator. She possesses over twenty-five (25+) years providing administrative support to various companies.
Prior to moving to Winnipeg, she and her family lived in northern Manitoba for 28 years and she was employed by the Province of Manitoba, followed by several years with Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting – Ruttan Division.
Community activities included serving on the Health Centre Board of Directors, Secretary-Treasurer of the Golf and Ski Club and the Minor Hockey Association, Head Leader of the 4-H Club, Board Member of the Figure Skating Association. After taking First Responder training she volunteered for several years as an Ambulance Attendant.
Ms. Wenda Lee Cameron is an Administrator with over 10 years’ experience in a professional office setting. Ms. Cameron enjoys the meticulous nature of anything administrative and takes joy in exceeding expectations. She joined our team in 2017 and brings with her the skills and experience to multitask and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Prior to joining us as a Client Services Administrator, Ms. Cameron provided outstanding customer service in a fast-paced business environment. Ms. Cameron’s perceptive nature allows her to be a pro-active team member and in turn give exceptional service to our clients.
Luce Lambert is an Assistant at the Montreal office. As a seasoned professional, she is distinguished by her attention to details and her ability to prioritize and achieve her goals. She is also known for her excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior to joining Leaders International, Ms. Lambert has had extensive work experience in, amongst other fields, financial and legal services in major international companies.
Ms. Lambert is fluent in French and English. She also holds a Diploma as Secretary of Service.
Ankita Patel is the Leaders Report APP developer at Leaders International. Her development skills and her analytical capabilities enable her to provide the most practical solutions for Leaders Report App users.
Before joining Leaders International, Ms. Patel has held various positions in software development within large private companies. She stands out for her dedication to work, can-do attitude and ability to understand business requirements in order to fulfill clients’ needs.
Ms. Patel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University (India) and is trilingual (English, Hindi, and Gujarati).
