This role combines hands-on financial management with broader responsibility for ensuring clarity, structure, and reliability across a multi-entity environment. The mandate spans the full scope of the financial function, from transactional-level accuracy and financial reporting to tax planning, cash management, and investment reporting.

The CFO will serve as the central financial operator and subject matter expert, with accountability for accounting, tax, reporting, and financial oversight across the organization. Success requires operating end-to-end, working closely at the transactional level while delivering clear, consolidated financial insight and structure.

This is a role for a finance leader who takes ownership, brings rigor and discipline to financial management, and is comfortable working independently in a lean environment. The successful candidate will bring structure to complexity, strengthen reporting and controls, and ensure the organization’s financial foundation is accurate, transparent, and well-controlled.
